• Only children ages 3 to 7 are permitted to attend the event.

• Tickets that have been purchased can be rescheduled, but they cannot be refunded or canceled.

• Sanitation Station: Staff will ensure the event area is clean before entry.

• Parents must provide us with emergency contact information upon drop-off.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, so please verify your booking details before making a reservation.

• You must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the organizer regarding entry and exit.

• Nannies or parents are not permitted to remain inside the activity area. This is a supervised drop-off area.

• Restroom Policy: If a child needs to use the restroom, parents will be notified immediately so they can assist the child.

• The organization is not responsible for any congestion that may occur on the street; therefore, we recommend arriving well in advance of the event to facilitate entry and avoid congestion.

• Pick-up Policy: If a parent or guardian has not arrived by the end of the tour, the child will be safely escorted to the waiting area under staff supervision until pick-up time. Please ensure you pick up your child on time to help us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
