Age policy: all ages, 3+ years require a ticket
The event ticket must be produced to gain entry into the event.
The ticket is only valid for the specific date, time, and event shown.
Latecomers will be granted entry at the discretion of the duty manager.
Seats allocated at the time of booking are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

All event guests must agree with and abide by the following conditions.
Failure to do so will result in no entry to the event.

No professional cameras, audio, or video recorders are allowed.
Strollers and large bags are prohibited inside the theatre. Strollers can be stored outside the theatre.

By car: If you’re heading from Sharjah to your destination, head southwest on Al Wahda St, turn right onto New Al Taawun Rd, then take the 2nd exit at the roundabout to merge onto Al Taawun St. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit toward the Supreme Council for Family Affairs. Turn right onto Al Khan Corniche St, then right again onto Al Khan St. Your destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
