•  If you booked seats in the wrong section, your request for changes will go through an approval process for verification.
  
  

CAN I GET A REFUND?

•  Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. You should present your reason for the request to PlatinumList customer support, where it will go through an approval stage.
