You will be required to answer phone calls and website chat in order to support customers with the purchase or questions in relation to the event.
You need to be fluent in written and spoken Arabic as well as English and have great communication skills.
You will be coordinating with the events team on the latest information about the event and reporting to operations manager.
- High school degree + Previous work experience or University degree;
- Previous experience in customer support roles;
- Must be literate;
- Great communications skills;
- Must be able to deal with complaints in professional manner;
- Positive approach to problem solving.
6 days a week. Day Off - Sunday.
Office location will be in Riyadh.
