2. Parents must give us emergency contact details when dropping off their children.

3. No nannies or parents are allowed to remain inside the activity area. This area is under close supervision. 

4. Restroom Policy: Should children need to go to the toilet, parents will be notified immediately so that they can assist their children.

5. Food Safety: Please be aware that one of our activities, 'The Smoothie Bike', includes allergens such as nuts, milk and fruit. Should your children have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform our staff at the registration desk.

6. Hygiene Policy: Staff will ensure that children sanitise their hands before entering the area.

7. Pick-up Policy: If a parent or legal guardian is late to pick up their children, the children will be taken safely to the supervised waiting area until they get picked up. Please make sure to arrive in time to help us maintain a smooth, enjoyable experience for all children.

8. Doors will close 10 minutes before the start of the event, and no entry will be allowed after the start of the event.

9. Please arrive well in advance so that we can organise entry and avoid congestion.

10. You must comply with the guidelines provided by the organiser regarding entry and exit procedures.

11. Tickets can be rescheduled, but cannot be refunded or cancelled.

12. No refunds are given under any circumstances. Please ensure all of the booking details are correct before confirming the booking.

13. The Authority is not responsible for traffic congestion on the road. We advise you to arrive well in advance.

By car: If you're heading to your destination from Sharjah, head south on Cultural Square toward E11, exit onto E11/S113, take the exit, and follow the roundabouts, taking the 2nd exit twice. Turn right three times, and your destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: there are various buses that can take you to your destination, such as buses E306 or E307 A to Sharjah, Al Qasba 1, followed by an 18-minute walk.
