I was disappointed with a few aspects of the event. Firstly, the sound system was inadequate, particularly during Dabzee’s performance. Many attendees, including myself, were eagerly anticipating his set, but the poor audio quality made it nearly impossible to enjoy the music or even dance to it. The lack of a proper sound system really detracted from what could have been a fantastic experience.

Additionally, the entry process was frustrating. The security measures required us to walk through several barricades, despite having our hands stamped. This procedure was especially difficult for older attendees and women, causing discomfort and pain. I had to navigate the entrance 3-4 times, which led to my legs hurting. It would have been much better if the entry process was more streamlined and considerate of everyone’s needs.

Sadhya, one curry was almost close to spoilt and was not up to the mark for the expensive ticket. Programme was delayed. Entrance process was horrible. Ticket was not scanned in the beginning of the entrance, instead after passing through long queue someone checked the tickets and said one ticket is already used which was not right. We had to cross the entire queue back to go to the Platinum list counter who then allowed us in. Instead the first security should have checked it before allowing us to wait in the queue and another security checked in the middle of the queue. Even if there is an issue, there should be some easy exit space.
Another issue was after entering the event, if we had to come out (after getting a stamp on palm), to re-enter we had to go through the whole long queue lines, and was not allowed to re-enter from the front area directly.
Even this feedback form was a torture, same question repeated several times.
