• The event operates as scheduled even if visibility conditions vary.
• Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• This is a fixed-date event and cannot be rescheduled by guests.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the event start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
• The event cannot be rescheduled as it is tied to a specific astronomical occurrence.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions, Mleiha National Park reserves the right to cancel the event.
• In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or a credit voucher redeemable for other Mleiha experiences.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
• Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer and may take up to 21 working days to reflect.

Mleiha National Park is approximately 65 km from Dubai and around 50 km from Sharjah city centre. Guests can reach the venue via Sharjah-Kalba Road (E102) by following signs towards Mleiha Archaeological Centre.

Taxis are readily available from Dubai, Sharjah, and surrounding emirates. Guests can request a direct drop-off at Mleiha National Park or Mleiha Eye Lounge.

Public transportation options to Mleiha are limited. Guests are advised to use private transportation or taxis for convenient access to the venue.
