Following on from our recent productions of Alice in Wonderland and The Little Mermaid, h2 productions as delighted to be returning to Al Qasba this Eid with their family production of The Jungle Book live on stage.

Our journey follows the adventures of a young “man-cub” named Mowgli. Bagheera the panther discovers him as a baby and takes him to a family of wolves, led by Raksha who adopt the boy.

10 years pass, and Mowgli has grown into a wiry young boy, however, word has reached the wolf pack that the evil tiger Shere Khan is scouring the jungle. The pack knows of Shere Khan's hatred of 'man' and send Mowgli away for protection. Bagheera volunteers to take Mowgli to a man-village some distance away and the crazy adventure begins… meeting many strange and interesting characters along the way…Sssskaa a lisping snake, the daft elephant army led by Colonel Hathi, King Louie the orang-utan with a passion for fire and of course the lovable and friendly Baloo the Bear who joins them on their journey to safety.
