Pirates of Treasure Island - which brings you all the very best of traditional pantomime, including sensational singing, delightful dancing, comedy capers, colourful costumes, and absolutely no opportunity missed to press-gang the audience right into the thick of the seafaring action!

And all this played out against the glorious Technicolor backdrop of the high seas, where the heroic derring-do of unfeasibly good looking goodies is pitted against the fiendish skulduggery of unbelievably gruesome baddies.

Jim Lad Hawkins, the youthful hero of our seafaring yarn, stumbles across a mysterious map, showing the whereabouts of the buried treasure of infamous pirate Captain Squint, Jim Lad sets out to recover the treasure.

Yet he is blissfully unaware that the vessel they embark on is run by none other than Squint’s old gang, led by the rascally, Captain Silver Long Johns, A roller coaster ride of adventure ensues, both aboard ship and on Treasure Island itself, during which we encounter a variety of other madcap characters all forming the essential ingredients of a buccaneering plot sure to delight youngsters and adults alike.

An absolute must for anyone addicted to either pirates or pantomimes… or both!

By car: There are various ways to reach your destination including heading southwest on Al Wahda St/E11, turning right onto New Al Taawun Rd, then merging onto Al Taawun St via the roundabouts. Continue toward Sharjah Ladies Club, then turn slight right onto Al Khan Corniche St before a left turn onto a restricted road. Destination will be on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: You can reach your destination by bus by taking buses E306 and E307A to the Sharjah Al Qasaba 1 and 2 bus stops followed by a 14- to 15-minute walk.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
